Paylo is a product owned and developed by Fanal, a Saudi-based company specializing in digital transformation and software solutions.
By using Paylo or any of its services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.
Definitions
App: refers to the Paylo mobile application and all related digital services.
User: any individual who creates an account or uses the app in any capacity.
Company: refers to Fanal, the owner and operator of Paylo.
Services: include invoice creation, storage, sharing, and management features provided through the app.
Use of the App
Users must use the app for lawful purposes in compliance with Saudi regulations.
Creating or sending fake or misleading invoices is strictly prohibited.
The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the app.
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of misuse or violation of these terms.
3. Account Creation and Access
A valid Saudi phone number is required to activate an account.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.
Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported immediately to support@paylo.sa.
4. Intellectual Property
All components of the app (logo, design, software, content) are the intellectual property of Fanal.
No part of the app may be reproduced, modified, or reused without prior written consent from the company.
5. Invoice Services
Paylo provides tools to generate invoices compliant with ZATCA requirements.
Fanal or Paylo is not liable for any errors caused by incorrect user input.
Electronic invoices generated through the app are considered assistive tools and do not replace official tax records.
6. Subscriptions and Fees
The company may offer free or paid plans and reserves the right to modify pricing as needed.
Any applicable fees or premium features will be clearly displayed prior to purchase.
Payments made for used services are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
The company is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from app usage or service interruptions.
Users are responsible for backing up their own data and documents.
8. Updates to the Service or Policy
The company may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Termination
Users may delete their account at any time.
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation or misuse.
Upon termination, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
